Hotel Panchsheel operates a strict check-in and check-out policy among other rules.
At Hotel Panchsheel, our guests’ satisfaction is out topmost priority. We have a simple cancellations’ policy and refund program for your support.
Hotel Booking Cancellations are allowed through firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations can be done until 24 hours before arrival. In case a cancellation is made 15 days before arrival, full refund (after service tax) will be provided to the client. In case cancellations are made up to 15 days, the hotel deserves the right to collect fees before offering a suitable refund. Kindly note that up to 15% of booking charges will be deducted for group bookings, conference hall bookings, weddings and event bookings.
Please inform the hotel for any kind of cancellations at least 72 hours prior to the arrival. Cancellation made up to 48 hours before the arrival will incur one night’s charges plus taxes. For group events, bookings and weddings, Hotel Panchsheel requires 72 hours of cancellation notice, otherwise a non-refundable booking payment will be charged.
In case of early arrivals, we recommend our clients to contact the hotel. In case of room availability, early arrivals can be entertained. For late departures, extra charges will be incurred. Late Departures are also subject to availability.
You must be at least 18 years old to reserve a stay at the hotel.
Refunds are only available via bank account transfers and can take up to 15 working days.
